 Synopsis

Akiva en Shulem Shtisel, vader en zoon, zitten op een klein balkon met uitzicht op de straten van de Geula buurt van Jeruzalem. Er is een jaar verstreken sinds de moeder stierf. Alle andere kinderen hebben het nest verlaten, en alleen Sjulam en Akiva blijven over - ruzie makend en lachend om zichzelf en de rest van de wereld. Alles zal veranderen als Akiva Elisheva ontmoet.
