 Synopsis

50 jaar voor Christus wordt de keizerin van China na een staatsgreep van de prins Deng Tsin Qin gevangen gehouden. Haar dochter, de prinses Sass-Yi, weet te ontsnappen en trekt naar Gallië waar ze Asterix en Obelix om hulp vraagt. Mede door middel van hun bovenmenselijke krachten, met dank aan het toverdrankje, pogen ze samen de keizerin te redden.
