 Synopsis

Raconte l'histoire de l'ascension du personnage biblique de David, qui devient le roi le plus acclamé d'Israël. La série suit le roi Saül, autrefois puissant, tandis qu'il paie le prix de son propre orgueil. Sur l'ordre de Dieu, le prophète Samuel nomme un adolescent atypique et marginal comme nouveau roi. Alors qu'un dirigeant tombe, un autre doit s'élever.
