Fan of the now disappeared band Talk Talk, Gwenaël Breës takes his film crew to the English coast in search of its charismatic and enigmatic singer Mark Hollis. A leader so mysterious that the filmmaker will have to slip, with a lot of innocence and a good dose of inventiveness, into the long and beautiful lineage of the impossible movie, this so perilous genre where the sought-after artist keeps evading. And it is with the energy of despair that this filmed diary is woven between documentary and fiction, frontal, burlesque and deliberately anti-spectacular.
