Antonina Miliukova, a young, beautiful and bright 19th-century Russian aristocrat could have anything she wants. Yet, her obsession is to marry Piotr Tchaikovsky. He agrees to marry her only to put an end to the rumors about him. Blaming her for his misfortunes and breakdowns, Tchaikovsky attempts to get rid of his wife are brutal. Consumed by her feelings for him and the composer's humiliations, Antonina is driven to madness...
